What we collect, and why.
We collect as little as we can. We use it to make this site easier to use and to reply to you when you ask for a call.
Visit counts
Our own small script counts visits and the main things people do here, such as trying a demo, opening a full builder or starting the booking form. It uses no cookies and keeps nothing after you close the tab.
It records the page, the site that sent you (the site name only, not the full address), your country, and whether you're on a phone or a computer. It never records your IP address or anything you type.
Recordings and heatmaps
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through the site: where they click, how far they scroll, and short replays of visits with the identifying details removed. We use this to find what's confusing and fix it.
Anything you type into the booking form is hidden from recordings. Clarity uses cookies to recognize a returning browser. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com. You can block it by turning off cookies for this site in your browser.
When you book a call
The booking form sends us your name, business, email, phone number and what you tell us about your products. We use it only to reply to you and prepare for the call. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick check on the form to stop spam, and Cloudflare hosts this site.
Questions or deletion
Email support@qevka.com and we'll answer, or delete what we hold about you. 3D Configurators is run by Qevka in Dayton, Ohio.
