For any website

A 3D product configurator for the website you already have.

A product configurator lets customers build your product on your website, choosing sizes, materials and options and seeing the price as they go. We build 3D product configurators that work on Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and custom sites, so you don't have to rebuild your website to add one.

Product configurator for your website

What you get.

Shopify

The builder sits inside your Shopify store, and checkout, taxes and orders stay in Shopify. See the Shopify page for the details.

WordPress and WooCommerce

The builder goes onto your pages with a short snippet of code, and customers send a priced design as a quote request or pay through Stripe. See the WooCommerce page for the details.

Squarespace, Wix and Webflow

These site builders let you add a snippet of code to a page, which is all the builder needs. Customers send their finished design as a quote request, and on Standard they can also pay a deposit or in full through Stripe.

Custom sites

If your site was built for you, the builder embeds the same way, with a short snippet your developer can add in minutes. We can also send leads straight to your CRM on the Standard plan.

How it works

Creating a 3D configurator tailored to your business typically takes four to eight weeks.

  1. You send your products

Send us photos, drawings or CAD files, along with every option, size and price rule. A 15-minute call is enough to get started.

  2. We model them in 3D

We build each product to your measurements with your materials. Parts that move in real life, like doors, beds and seats, move in the model too.

  3. We build your 3D configurator

We set up your options, pricing rules and branding on your site, with a checkout that works the way you sell.

  4. You approve, and we launch

You try it on a private link and ask for changes, then it goes live. After launch, we host it, keep it secure and fix anything that breaks.

Questions

What shops ask us first.

Do I have to rebuild my website to add a product configurator?

No. The builder is added to the pages you already have, whatever your site runs on. Only the Standard plan includes a new store, and only if you want one.

What's the difference between a product configurator and a product customizer?

People often use the words interchangeably. A product customizer usually means adding text, an image or a color to a product photo. A product configurator lets customers build the product itself, choosing sizes, layouts, materials and add-ons, with your pricing rules behind every choice. Ours do this in 3D.

Can customers pay inside the builder?

On Shopify they check out through Shopify. On other sites, Standard adds a Stripe checkout so customers can pay a deposit or in full inside the builder. On any plan, they can send you a priced design as a quote request.

Are our products too custom for a 3D configurator?

That's why we model your products instead of using a template. The tank demo places fittings to the inch, and the van demo folds a couch into a bed. If you can imagine it, we can build it in 3D.

Are the 3D models included?

Yes. Starter includes 3D models of up to 3 of your products and Standard up to 5. A model is one product, style or part, like a shed style, a pool shape or a van galley. Each model after that is $500. Every model is built from your actual products and set up so code can control it, with each door, panel and finish as a separate, labeled part, and you own the models.

We already have 3D models. Can you use them?

Send them to us and we'll take a look. Models made for renderings usually need rework before a builder can control them, but if yours are built well enough to use, we'll use them, and they won't count toward the models your plan includes.

Do I need Shopify?

No. The 3D configurator embeds into any website, including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and custom sites. On those, customers send a quote request, and with Standard they can also pay a deposit or in full through Stripe. If you do use Shopify, Starter adds the builder to your current store and Standard rebuilds your store on Shopify.

Can I change prices myself?

Yes. You can edit prices, option names and lead times, and turn options on or off, at any time. Adding new 3D parts is a small project that we quote up front.

How long does it take?

Most builders launch in four to eight weeks, depending on how many products we model.

What does the monthly plan cover?

It covers hosting, security, the software that runs your 3D configurator, and fixing anything that breaks, including keeping it working as Shopify and web browsers change. You can change prices, option names and lead times yourself at any time. If you want new options, 3D parts or products added, we quote that work before we start.

What if I cancel?

You can cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep your content and the 3D models of your products, and the builder itself, which is licensed through the monthly plan, goes offline.
